1. Timely Departure: The bus will depart as per the scheduled time. Passengers are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time. No refunds will be provided if the bus is missed.
2. Luggage Limit: Each passenger is allowed to carry one handbag and one piece of luggage. Any additional luggage may incur extra charges or may not be allowed depending on the available space.
3. Pickup/Drop Points: Pickup and drop will only be done at the scheduled points. Requests for unscheduled pickups or drops will not be entertained.
4. Inebriated Passengers: Passengers under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substance are not allowed to board the bus. The bus staff reserves the right to deny boarding to any such passengers.
5. Delay Policy: In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic or weather conditions, the bus operator will not be held responsible
6. Behavior with Staff: Passengers are expected to maintain decorum and not engage in arguments with the bus staff. Any form of misbehavior may lead to the passenger being asked to disembark.
7. Prohibited Items: Carrying of hazardous or illegal items on the bus is strictly prohibited. If found, the items will be confiscated and the passenger may face legal action.
8. Damage to Property: Any damage caused to the bus property by the passenger must be compensated for.
9. Accountability in Unforeseen Events: In case of any unforeseen event, the liability of the bus operator will be limited to the ticket fare collected from the passengers.
